Great place to stay and location was perfect. Staff very helpful and made it a very pleasant stay.
Mattress was too hard for me to get a fully rested sleep but that shouldn't deter your stay here.

Great location and staff were so friendly and efficient. The mod cons and TV were great and air con was most welcome after long day and night out. Perfect for our one night stay.

It’s a bed, low cost, clean, new and functional, tiny room but works for a single person and business trip

We spent two nights at The Z Hotel, it was in a perfect location for our theatre night and to explore surrounding areas.
The room was cosy! Small but functional, clean, good quality bedding and tea and coffee and water.
It was great for what we needed and staff were very helpful.

Used the Z hotel Holburn for an over night stay whilst attending a Spurs match. Hotel reception very nice, staff friendly on arrival. Rooms were great, small but wasn't in there long really.

The Z hotel was very modern, clean & comfortable & we were impressed with our 2 night stay. We stayed in the Queen room style, which is quite small if you're staying more than a couple of nights.

Very nice very new. Stayed in the basement level which was quite nice for night’s stay. Peaceful! Only small problem is the water from shower seeped into room where I left bags

This is a budget hotel and ideal for a single night stay. A double room but one side of the bed is against a wall. If you want space you’ll be disappointed but it’s good value for money.

Best pillows i have had in a hotel in a long time, definitely staying again. Shower soap smelled like men's aftershave, so if they could change this to a more unisex sent i would give this 10/10.

Great place to stay, reasonably small but did the job. Decent tv channels and a small cosy room. Also allowed me to check in early to shower before my business meeting which was much appreciated

Power cut aside, which was out of the Hotel control, as excellent value for money stay. Having Sky Sports and TNT Sports in the room is fantastic.

Tiny room but well laid out. Perfect location. Only complaint was thst the bed was extremely hard and therefore pretty uncomfortable.

Great space for a solo traveler. Excellent for smaller groups or those who aren't highfalutin. Prime locations across London. Efficient spaces and valuable amenities and perks. Also, special appreciation for PJ who was most helpful, pleasant, and simply a lovely person to greet me as I returned from the streets of London. Such an excellent stay.

Everything you need in a room. Perfectly clean, big fluffy towels and a soft bed and bedding. Ideal as a solo traveller, may be a bit more of a challenge for a couple due to the compact nature of the room!
No window may not be for everyone but it did mean my room was pitch black for a great nights sleep with no noise from outside despite being in a bustling part of London.

Lovely looking hotel room very compact I was in the basement which wasn’t keen on but was just a bed for the night. Very clean very strange with no windows
Shower lovely but bathroom very small didn’t bother me as I was just staying one night so I could be at work on time the next day

I was on the 7th floor and the lift only went up as far as the 4th. This was not clearly indicated at the time of booking. Having said that the room was nice and the staff friendly.

The service was very good, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very small and had no window, which was bad. But overall the room was comfortable.
->> But there was one point that was really bad. When the maid knocked on the bedroom door just once, she didn't wait for me to answer and opened the door and went in. I could have been in an intimate moment or naked and I felt my privacy was being invaded and not respected.
