I loved the large bedroom, windows that can be opened and the communal large living room , which I will make better use of next time I stay. It was so quiet, no TV noise from adjacent rooms or road noise. Peaceful and homely and close to the village shops. Kerri was lovely to have a chat with and so friendly and helpful with local information.

Wonderful experience!
I can not stress how much I loved staying here. I was with a friend and we had a quick stop over in Auckland before we continued on to the South Island. I wish so much we had had time to stay longer. The property is gorgeous and comfortable. The decor is charming and there were incredible fresh flower arrangements greeting us. There was a lite breakfast also provided. Customer service was off the charts friendly and helpful. I hope to come back in the future and really explore the area and enjoy another stay. Highly recommend!!

It was very centrally placed for our specific needs and easy to reach from the motorway. Although fairly tight, the parking was off street and very satisfactory. The hosts were most welcoming and helpful when needed. The room was very comfortable for our one night stay and the breakfast was ample. I would happily stay here again.
