Nice property and amenities, the staff were great. Thanks to Maya and Dmitri . But the buffet breakfast is monotonous. I was there for 7 days, and it was always same.

Great value stay in excellent location close to airport.
Room very good size, well equipped and maintained.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Super choice of breakfast items and good quality.
One minor complaint is payment for parking is supposed to be completed online by scanning a QR code.
This was challenging after long distance flight and not having mobile connection fully established. Fortunately reception sorted this for me an added charge to room account.

We stayed for 4 nights in June 2025 and absolutely loved it.
We are on a months road trip around Colorado and The Slate was our first stop so a great start to the holiday.
We cannot think of anything that the hotel could do better. The room, staff, hotel cleanliness and the restaurant food were all exceptional. Also, only a 5 minute walk to 16th Street was great. We would definitely stay there again, no doubt at all about that.
Well done to all the management and staff

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Denver
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Denver is during the months of January, November, and December, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those on a budget, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended to fully enjoy the city's prominent landmarks and cultural attractions. Visitors can explore urban sites, engaging theatres, fascinating museums, vibrant art scenes, and sports venues, all of which offer great value for money. Additionally, the city’s gardens, live music, and dynamic entertainment options provide a rich cultural experience without stretching your finances.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover the best prices on hotels in Denver, start by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. You might also consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and special last-minute offers, helping you secure great savings on hotels. Additionally, the Smart Shoppingopens in new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring that if rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be among the first to know for your last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a better rate for your stay in a hotel in Denver. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we might suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more favourable deal.
Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but with Denver's superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations might provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
