Newly renovated hotel and outstanding stay. Breakfast very nice in the glass veranda and rooms excellent. Gaming rooms with pingpong, pooltable, dart etc. Cool reception / bar area entering the hotel.

En andra chans

Sviten välkomnade oss med inte mindre än fyra snusprillor guppandes i toaletten och en otrevlig doft i jacuzzi-rummet. Tyvärr slitet med ex orenoverade badrum, den extra touchen saknas. Gav hotellet en ny chans efter dåliga erfarenheter i november. Som plåster på såren ville hotellet ge något extra denna gång. Möttes av en skål med tre praliner och ”Välkommen tillbacka”, efter att ha väntat 20min på check in. Finns såklart positiva saker att säga också bla restaurangmaten. Överlag - You can do better!

Hotellets generösa veranda har en mycket fin utsikt över vattnet som man kan njuta av. När vi var där var det dock för kallt för att sitta ute. Mycket fin lobby med många sittgrupper och det finns fina ställen att sitta på runt om på hotellet och även sällskapsspel i lobbyn. Personalen är mycket trevlig

okej hotell. Trång frukostmatsal när det är lite mer belagt. Fyllde inte på toalettpapper eller näsdukar. Dyr parkering 195 kr dygn, anmärkingsvärt dålig serivce, personalen bestod av ytterst ointresserad personal i mycket ung ålder som helt saknade serivcekänsla. Reception som inte hälsade välkommen eller frågar om vistelsen, frukostpersonal som var långsam, och inte fyllde på när man bad om det.
