Acceptable for a short stay

Pretty basic but nice. Friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast is a small but sufficient buffet with breakfast sandwiches made to order. Not 5* luxury but more than happy with it for a one night stay

Okay but too warm!

The hotel was clean and the en suite was quite astonishing, but the room was far too hot, which the staff explained was because of an old boiler. A basic breakfast was provided but none of the tables was laid, which made it confusing as to where we should sit.

What an amazing hotel, everything looks brand new and super stylish. The evening meal was excellent, good choices and reasonably priced. All staff were pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A real pleasant surprise and enjoyable considering the reason for our visit. The was clean, the complementary in room refreshment were plentiful. We did have one small the room was really warm and room supplied fan was not working. After speaking with a member of staff this was soon rectified. The shower was a dream simple controls and plenty of room without needing to be a contortionist to shower. The food was exceptional and excellent value for money. Try the salmon in a bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus finished off in a white creamy sauce absolutely delicious at a fair honest price. The menu was varied with fresh of vegetables a rarity these days when you'll be lucky to get microwave peas. If I was going to be nick pick I would have loved to have seen a pint of real ale instead of all the foreign beers that breweries think we all like. Being a local lad a Good honest pint of Bateman's to showcase what Lincolnshire has offer. If not on the pump bottled IPA or XXXB. This little group of local hotels is credit to the area. And finally a heart felt thank you to all the staff you made stay a pleasant and we will be back.

Relaxing and Comfortable stay in Boston

Nicely refurbished hotel by the quay. I stayed in very hot weather and it was refreshing to have a well good fan in the room.

The room was great , disappointed that the bar was not open and was told by the cleaner i couldn't have a full English breakfast. The hotel was spotless and comfortable.

Lovely hotel and plenty of parking. The lady who runs it is brilliant and attentive. I've stayed around 10 times. My only issue is with some of the the younger staff girls who are not very helpful when trying to order food/drinks at the bar. They seem to be more interested in chatting than looking after the customers. Saying that, they do a good burger selection!

Beverley, 2-night trip

Nice but sort out the drain smell

The bar and restaurant are great and the food is exceptional, one of the best meals I have had! I stayed in Room 15, which I have stayed in before, which is a bit on the small side and could do with a tea making table instead of having to use the bedside table. The worst issue is that on both occasions', the room has a strong smell of "drains/damp" Whilst I would happily stay here again, I would not stay in this room again

The rooms are neat however the breakfast is completely off, not worth it.

Reception isn't signposted but luckily another customer pointed us in the right direction through the bar area. The room was really nicely presented and had all of the things we needed for our short stay. The bar/restaurant are gets busy but the food is amazing! Definitely recommend

Basic but Very deceptive, amazing food

Basic room and facilities but great value! Food was amazing but breakfast very basic CCTV everywhere and ID and credit card required at check in which unnerved me a little as never needed in the UK in over 20 years of business travel

Had a great stay. The lady who checked us in and looked after us all day was so nice. Happy and smiley constantly. I think her name began with an S. sorry I can’t remember it. So very lovely.

Very comfortable room. Eventually worked out that I needed to have the shower cubicle light on in order to turn on the toilet room light! Staff very helpful. Only a buffet cold breakfast available; no cooked breakfast like a full English available. Happy with my stay though and the price, which included breakfast.

Cute little room, seemed clean and tidy. Was actually in better nick than larger chains I've stayed with. The place is a bit of a rabbit warren, but it's nice. Bar seemed good, very well stocked. Some people I was with said the evening food was great. Breakfast was continental serve yourself. Cereals, white and brown bread, crumpets, danish pastries, croissants, buttter, jam, fruit, ham and cheese, yoghurt. Also juice, and a coffee machine. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly. Do note there is parking, but I don't believe there is enough for all guests. There is on-street parking outside, however.
