The reception guy was lovely so helpful on arrival. There were some minor things that need doing in the rooms . 1. our shower head was broken and had to be held to use . 2. There was supposed to be a shelf to put your things on in the bathroom that was gone and judging by the thick fragments of glass my daughter found it had been recently broken. 3. The beds I'm sorry but they were metal frames the sqeaked all night with every movement and could feel the springs on the bed . 3. And really 1 pillow I've never been to any hotel ever with only 1 pillow and extra blanket. Would I stay there again YES those things can be sorted easily.. Shower , sink ,toilet etc were all spotless . One last thing . Every room should be automatically give 2 room keys . The evening guy last night got funny because friends with ours needed another one . Due to going different places . Not all people that share a room are doing the same thing. This hotel is really convenient for local shops and for was perfect for carnival.

The rooms were clean and they had a nice balcony. There was no kettle in the room, but there is a free hot drink machine in the lounge. Staff were extremely helpful and the nearby amenities were good. There is two tube stations about a 10 minute walk away and there are loads of bus stops nearby.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone I encountered throughout my 4 night stay, whether it be maintenance staff, housekeeping, or the people on reception, was lovely!!!!!! Great price. I stayed in a double single room, definitely enough space for you person. Great location, short walk to various tube stations, variety of shops and restaurants. Look forward to returning soon.
