8/10 Very good

A very extravagant, luxurious hotel with excellent rooms, amenities, and guest services. The only disappointment for us was the high cost of drinking water. Only two small bottles were complimentary per day, and the additional cost of water beyond that was very high compared to general stores.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. We informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room. The rooftop pool is great. There are a lot of shops and restaurants walking distance. Would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

The property entrance is smaller than the big name hotels. The entrance lobby is smaller and takes an elevator to get to the front desk upstairs. Check-in was smooth and friendly with the staff fluent in English. Free welcome cocktails were issued with a gift certificate for use any time. The lobby and bar area are bright and inviting. The rooftop pool and bar offer beautiful views. We had breakfast in the Nhow restaurant and were delighted at the stellar service and extensive array of multicultural buffet.

Great building, amenities, well sized and thought out rooms, simple to upgrade (my timing/experience) and very friendly staff at security, front desk and restaurant. Breakfast buffet second to none with fresh fruit/juices/cereals all the way to tortilla española and warm offerings. great gym and pool facilities.

Honestly top notch beautiful hotel, every corner is picture worthy. Every detail in the room is thought out. I couldn't recommend it more. The Hotel is 10 months old so everything is new clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10. Hans at the bar made amazing drinks and was great talking to. Worth at least 1 or 2 nights here to appreciate the art in the hotel.
