Nice Without Basic Supplies

The apartments are quite nice, but they are not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Some towels were also dirty. The apartment lacks basic supplies such as soap, salt, and pepper, and does not have a dish detergent or dish sponge.

Avoid apartments in 1st and 2nd floors, they have no heating and temperature can drop to 11C, as was the case when I stayed. It was really unpleasant. They say it's not a hotel, which I understand 100%, but not having hand soap in the bathrooms and hairdryers is ridiculous. I don't think I'd stay here ever again, especially after seeing that the reception staff are not even given a portable heater to be comfortable in an area that the wind hits hard. The receptionists are all incredibly polite and helpful

The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a severe fly infestation that persisted despite the use of insect spray. The floors and walls were dirty, and the shower water consistently overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Furthermore, the sewer was backing up through the bathroom sink, causing additional distress. The entire unit reeked of cigarette smoke, which was particularly surprising given that it was a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, my request for resolution was ignored, and none of the issues were addressed.

Infelizmente a experiência não foi boa principalmente porque estava com minha esposa e 2 crianças. Permitiram que eu fizesse o checkin mesmo com a ciência do técnico que o ar-condicionado estava quebrado. Depois de 3 dias para arrumarem outra acomodação , parece que foi pior, primeiro me deixaram preso do lado de fora do apartamento que eu estava com as coisas lá , pq trocaram a senha sem me comunicar, ou seja, não liberaram o outro apartamento e travaram o que eu estava. …além do outro apartamento estar com o ar quebrado tb, o banheiro estava entupido e sujo. Lamentável. Experiência não foi boa!

Não sei se pela proposta do tipo de hospedagem, mas sentimos falta de detalhes como um pano de prato, microondas....Mas isto não tirou nota da minha avaliação. Recomendo.

O quarto estava sem tv, só tinha na sala. Tinha o suporte da tv do quarto, mas aparentemente ela tinha sido retirada. Um rodapé de metal do banheiro estava solto, podendo machucar se não tivesse atento. Apesar disso, a equipe do local é muito legal e atenciosa.

A localização é perfeita, o quarto é perfeito. É muito silencioso. Muito aconchegante e confortável. Álvaro e Lucas são fenomenais. O único problema é que enxoval tinha alguns furos e algumas manchas de sangue. Falta caprichar na limpeza do quarto. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. No primeiro dia, meu banheiro alagou, porque não tinham tirado cabelos do ralo do box. Passei uma noite de transtorno. Mas os funcionários resolveram. A administradora não deu nem retorno sobre. Vale pelo aconchego e os funcionários. Voltarei sempre.

Quarto estava com problema na porta, ficamos trancados pelo lado de fora com nossas coisas dentro, contatando o atendimento tivemos um retorno bem ruim, tendo que abrir a porta a força. Após três horas tentando abrir, fomos trocados de apartamento e tivemos que espera mais uma hora para tirar nossas malas do apartamento trancado. O restante foi muito bom, o apartamento tava limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente.
