Super friendly staff, someone at front desk 24/7 and everyone there was really accommodating and happy to chat with a first timer to NYC traveling solo. In a really great part of town. Was able to walk to MSG in under 20. Room was cute, very clean and I felt very safe and well taken care of there. Will def stay again upon my next visit.

I had an excellent stay at Chelsea Pines Inn. I've stayed there many times before, and it's always the first hotel I check for availability and pricing. The staff is great for giving directions and making suggestions. The location is perfect, close to many great restaurants and shops, also close to the subway to pretty much anywhere you want to go in the city. The only sad thing about my stay was having to leave. But I'll be back ASAP!

Was here for three nights! The room was perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the bag holding option prior to check in was a plus, the patio was great for sitting in the mornings, and the stay overall was great. There was also always coffee brewed in the kitchen which was a huge plus.
