Great location. Close to pier park. Fantastic amenities. We visited in the winter and all the pools were nicely heated and so much fun for the kids. Rooms and grounds were clean. Room was well laid out with lots of space. Staff and even other guests were kind. Sunset views were picture perfect. Food at coconuts was pretty good too.

It was pretty clean, no issues there. Pretty quiet since it was off-season. Some of the rooms are kind of small with those big king beds. Right on the beach was definitely a plus! Coin laundry room on site. I would come back with a group in better weather but i image the traffic is horrendous during warmer months.

Loved staying here, we went the week before thanksgiving. The resort was basically empty. Which was great. Super easy access to the beach and we had a ground level room which I dnt recommend only because people were walking around and looking into the room. Great place for families with kids to enjoy! Friendly staff, we felt comfortable letting the kids roam a bit. Our room had a good view. The back/Oceanside of the property has a beautiful deck area with swings and hammocks (my favorite). The roaming cats were fun to watch. Couldn't get close enough to pet though. Which I'm guessing to some is a good thing (safer for kids). The lazy river was relaxing and one of our favorite pool areas. The other areas were nice but we visited in the off season so it was warmer inside. Great beach access (with chair options if desired). The was a bar area with games near the walking paths and back deck. I believe there was a small kids playland as well. Of course there were photo ops too. Great for capturing memories. The rooms were a bit outdated but not awful. Parking was a bit full most of the time too. Other than those two things it was a great stay.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly but there is an obscene amount of stray cats there on the property. From kittens to big cats. They take over the grilling area, playground and volleyball court. They use the sand as a litter box. If it wasn’t for the cats I would give this property a 10/10.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear the people next doors TV til 2 something in the morning. Phone didn't work in room either. Staff was great though.

The place is very old and it was not what we expected. The cleaning was bad, there was sand in the bathroom sink, the refrigerator was old and dirty, the coffee maker was full of dust. For the price per night it is not worth it, it is very expensive, and they don't even offer coffee or soap for the dishes. I would not recommend it.
