29 Aug 2026The room was clean, the bed was good, the AC was good, the shower was good, the staff was very friendly and the location is fantastic. Yes, it's all concrete floors but I didn't find it too inconvenient. Also, as others have mentioned, the blinds don't cover the windows completely, so be cautious of that. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

26 Jun 2026This property was in an amazing location. Outside was a subway station #1 which took us all the way to time square and to battery park to catch the ferries to the Statue of Liberty. For eating Zara's was great but we preferred eating at George’s.
Like everywhere in NYC, you cannot escape construction noise or road noise or garbage truck noise.
However this little hotel was fantastic for our week stay in NYC.
