The location is great - just a few minutes walk to Paddington Station and numerous restaurants. Also an easy walk to Hyde Park. I got "upgraded" to a family room - sleeps 5 with a single, double, and set of bunk beds. It was on the 3rd floor - over 65 steps total. I was solo - can't imagine carrying a family of luggage. No staff to assist. Shower could be a little cleaner and fridge a little colder, but all-in-all I was satisfied.

I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler. There were many stores, restaurants, cafes, etc within walking distance. And Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens were in walking distance as well. I’d definitely stay again.

Love this place, it's easy to navigate around, the rooms are small but I didn't spend that much time in them for there is so much exploring to do , walking distance to everything, tour buses down the street,also the main train station from Paddington just a five minute walk, took it from the hotel to the airport, underground was the way to get around.. will be back soon
