At the time of booking it was not made common knowledge that this is a LGBTQ hotel…….. however, it didn’t ruin our weekend for us, as this hotel was perfect and it didn’t bother us for the status of this hotel.

The property is very nice, feels new, and clean. Good location. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that my room layout was strange such that the bathroom was huge but the bedroom was tiny. I had to put my suitcase on the floor in the bathroom because it was the only space for it - not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

We booked what was advertised as a standard room, but upon arrival we were placed in an accessible room — without any prior notice or explanation.
Unfortunately, the room was noticeably dirty, especially the floors. When we reported this, we were told that housekeeping had already left for the day, so nothing could be done. We were also not offered another room for the remaining nights.
The accessible room itself was very different from what we expected when booking and did not match the description or the price point. It felt like we received a different category than the one we paid for.
What made the experience worse was the lack of flexibility or willingness to help. Despite the situation and the condition of the room, we were not offered any meaningful compensation or refund.
Overall, I would not have booked this hotel — especially at this price — if I had known this was what we would receive. I’m sharing this review so others are aware that issues like this may not be handled in the guest’s favor.

Die Begrüssung war wirklich sehr nett!
Das Zimmer ist leider sehr sehr Ring hörig.
Und zum Badezimmer gibt es keine Türe! Dies finde ich sehr schlecht. Man kann nicht mal in Ruhe duschen oder geschweige denn auf das WC gehen, ohne dass die zweite Person im Zimmer gestört wird

The Staff were extremely helpful, the room was lovely and clean, with option for soft and hard pillows. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the old town, but with a 10 minute walk to take you right into the centre. The bar had some entertainment in the evening which we enjoyed.

O quarto é absolutamente desconfortável para duas pessoas. Sem privacidade, sem acessórios e suportes para colocar utensilios, extremamente mal aproveitado. Se você é viajante solo, tudo bem. Hotel novo, bem localizado, atendimento cordial. Nada que tenha nos feito sentir-se especial. Mas fora o quarto, nada errado.

Zuerst erhielt ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, das Zimmer roch leider stark nach Kanalisation. Ich erhielt dann am anderen Tag anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses war sehr schön. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Ausstattung sehr gut.
