It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher.
I messeged the House from Hotels.com, and got a reply regarding the checkin arrangement 3 days before. I received a text messeged at 1400 on check in day from the House telling me the passcode and number of room, and parking instrustion of my apartment. Finally, I checked in at 1700.
Highly recommend this apartment to all of you.

It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked.

We were 6 people staying at the apartment for a single night. Apartment was very spacious.
The only thing that was missing was sponges for dirty dishes which was a bit inconvenient for making our own meals. Other than that, great stay.

Property was great for our group of 7. The town was perfect for a morning stroll. FYI, read all of your emails from Expedia. We arrived late and had a small amount of trouble checking in. I had received an email with all the late check in instructions. I didn’t read it because I thought it was just more Expedia junk. All my bad. Once we got in the stay was perfect.

Property overall would be great, however we did not have hot water in the evening or early morning so that was a serious let down. I did email in the evening but didn't hear back, not sure what issue was but was not resolved before needing to leave. Cold showers not what we signed up or paid for.
