28 Jun 2026Driveway is narrow, only room for one direction either way at any time.
The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but management gave us another room no questions asked. Lankershim Blvd tends to be noisy but that's not the buildings fault. Parking is adequate for a building of it's size. Otherwise you're parking on the street. A good place to get some sleep overall. Bed was noisy, so don't plan on getting wild. The whole building will know.

3 Jul 2026The staff was super nice but the surroundings were despicable. There was a throng of homeless men right across the street from the hotel and yet the city allows it bringing down the value of the neighborhood and this establishment. We were stuck with a loud couple next to us who argued nightly but the staff was notified and handled it swiftly. The cleaning lady wasn't scheduled to come daily so it was hit and miss as far as getting our room tidied up but they did provide clean towels and toilet paper daily. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than on the bed and nowhere to set down one's suitcase except for on the floor.

26 Mar 2025The convenience of the hotel location
I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

18 Oct 2025I don’t normally write reviews, though I have to state. This is place is awkward. When I went to check in, they needed me to give them $20 in cash in order to get my room. They didn’t charge my card or anything. They needed cash. And when I didn’t have, they just happen to have an ATM which was conviene and yet completely awkward to place me in a position where I needed to dom something not in any way needed. There were no towels in the room. Like none. None to shower with. None to dry your hands with. No towels whatsoever.
The two good things, was the staff was nice, and the bed wasn’t too bad. Other then that, this hotel needs some work. A lot of work.

17 Feb 2025Not what we were expecting
The individual that helped us with check in did not seem to understand the questions we were asking and was very disengaged in the conversation. My booking was paid in full and he still tried to collect a large payment at check in. It was ultimately figured out, but was a very unprofessional experience to say the least. The room was decent, but very small in comparison to the photos and the floors needed to be swept and the shower had hair on the walls.

17 Aug 2026This place is completely disgusting. Literally the grossest place. The rooms are not wiped down and there was literally urine and hair on the toilet. I don’t want to imagine what else I missed. I felt so dirty even being inside the room. The AC did not cool the room and it smelled like cigarettes. Not to mention the super ghetto people that stay there. It should be condemned.

21 May 2026It is a poorly maintained “old” motel. I needed a bed, and it was nearby.

28 May 2026The pictures posted here are definitely nicer than what the rooms actually look like. This hotel gave off a very sketchy vibe. Rooms were not well maintained and dirty.

21 Jun 2026DO NOT stay at this place! It is gross unsafe and they have a lot of stastaying on property which looked like they lived there lots of people in and out of the rooms. Even prostitution I could see and man dressed as a woman trying to get my husband to come in his room!
Dirty grimy rooms not updated at all. I had to check out early I felt so unsafe. I didn't sleep the night o stayed there! The property does not look like the pictures. AVOID this place like the plague!!!

9 Jun 2026I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The place was dirty, they don’t have any non smoking room. I was switched over to a different room because the first room had cigarette ashes on top of the Ac. No iron to iron my clothes, place was dirty, the lady working the front is not friendly at all. Will not recommend this place to any one. Book at your own risk! The pillows had hairs as well.

1 Jun 2026The room itself was what we expected being we were only there for the night. The parking is scary. You have to enter and exit on the same little road if you want to call it that. And at exactly 11 AM as we were packing to leave we had a loud knock on our door telling us it’s time to check out. Seemed excessive to come and tell me when it’s clearly laid out that checkout was at 11 and we were literally already on our way out. Also they have you leave $20 cash for a room key and if you don’t return it you forfeit your “deposit”

15 Jun 2026Rented a no smoking room & as soon as I opened the door it smelt like heavy cigarettes. I have asthma and called the front office. They came and sprayed air freshener that lasted only 5 mins, I asked for a discount and they told me no
