13 Oct 2025Renter beware advertised as a clean and healthy apartment I was surprised to see a wall in the kitchen living room area crumbling and full of mold. As it was in the evening when I checked in my agent told me he would contact me the next day he did not. In the morning the tour buses idled engines. We could not get another accommodation. We were above restaurant row which did not close until 3am and garbage pickup was at 4am No sleep for the 3 days. There was no washing machine as specified. By the morning of the day we left the water from the leaky AC started to enter the bedroom area. We had headaches from the mold my daughter was in Palermo for an event she is a Soprano. I am disputing the charge on my credit card as Wonderful Italy the managing company will not respond to my emails.
