Séjour totalement inattendu… et quelle belle surprise !
Suite au blocage de la route vers Saint-Philippe à cause de la lave, je me suis retrouvée à réserver à l’hôtel The Palm Trees à Sainte-Rose un peu par hasard... Et je ne pouvais pas espérer mieux !
Le cadre est absolument magnifique, paisible et dépaysant, parfait pour se ressourcer. Mais ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est la qualité de la restauration : les repas sont délicieux, généreux et faits avec beaucoup de soin. Mention spéciale pour le civet de cerf, tout simplement excellent ! Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi très copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.
Un grand merci également à la responsable de l’hôtel pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux, qui ont largement contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable.
Une très belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter !

Un véritable havre de paix. Cet hôtel est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer : calme absolu, ambiance chaleureuse et une décoration réalisée avec beaucoup de goût, mettant en valeur de beaux matériaux de qualité. La dimension familiale de l’établissement crée une atmosphère authentique où l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi.
La piscine est très agréable, avec une superbe vue sur la mer qui invite à la détente à tout moment de la journée. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, délicieux et généreux, servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse par Isabelle.
Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour reposant et plein de charme.
