The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully curated, creating a cozy, refined atmosphere that feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel.
The bedding deserves special praise—extremely comfortable, plush, and inviting. Every night felt like sinking into a cloud, and the daily turndown service along with the consistent attention to our room made us feel genuinely cared for. Nothing was overlooked.
What really sets The Willows apart is the feeling of privacy paired with a unique sense of connection. Despite its intimate setting, guests naturally interact with one another, creating a relaxed, welcoming social energy that feels organic and rare.
The staff elevate the entire experience. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. Stone, our food server, was exceptional—thoughtful, warm, and made every meal feel like a special occasion. Mia greeted us with such genuine kindness that we immediately felt at home.
The location is perfectly central, making it easy to enjoy Palm Springs while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful oasis. The Willows manages to balance luxury, comfort, and human connection in a way that’s hard to find.

Out of the way hotel, very pleasant. It didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel, rooms don’t come with a number, you get a real key to enter. Staff was amazing and very friendly.
It felt like a pleasant living experience more than a hotel. I recommend it for adults who want a different flavor in staying somewhere. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay and celebrate a special occasion. It would help to know some rooms have many steps to climb for those that have difficulty. Also it would help to replenish water and such on days after the first one. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Romantic, old school charm.
This place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. Place is romantic for couples and probably not the best for kids (they would be bored). Room was well appointed and there are some welcome snacks in the room as well as in the mini fridge. The staff was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone.

We have stayed multiple times at The Willows and always enjoyed its exclusive feel, though it’s centrally located. The property is classic Palm Springs—very beautiful. The included breakfast is wonderful. We booked the Acanthus room, due to lack of availability for our dates. We were not at all happy with this small room. We moved the next night to the Rock Room, which we loved. We also love the happy hour with complimentary wine and appetizers. Special thanks to Stone, and Gordon, who made us feel so welcomed.

Magical Perfection!
Magical, beautiful, perfect! I thought properties, staff and experiences like this were a thing of the past. It will be very difficult to stay anywhere else, at all, and not feel dissapointed! I want to bring everyone I know and care about to The Willows, so they can experience the perfection!

Incredible. Worth every penny and that often is not the case at other hotels. My only complaint is about the mattress which wasn't bad but you could tell it was old and very worn in.
