I reserved the most expensive room with full sea view from Expedia, and all I got was a miserable Sea view from the site, the bathrooms are terrible. This is not my standard.

Don’t waste your money
Bathroom had mold on the shower floor, the sink had so many cracks in it so when you tried to wash or shave the water would constantly drip on to the floor. The tiled walls in the bathroom where covered in scum .In the two night stay we were there the cleaners never came to the room,except to leave towels. This was after four trips to reception to complain about the above and worse the toilet paper bin was never emptied, they ask you not to put toilet tissue into the toilet, to put it in the bin as said our waste toilet paper sat in the bin for our complete stay No response from management. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hospitality was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond for us multiple times. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and responding quickly to anything we needed. One evening, our air conditioning started dripping, and they had it fixed right away without hesitation.
The manager was exceptional. We saw her every day, and she always took the time to check in with us, asking how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. When we had a small issue with a third-party tour we had booked, she and the reception team helped us contact them and figure out the best options. She also gave us so many helpful recommendations for things to do in Kos and the surrounding area — every suggestion we tried was spot on.
The entire place was spotless. Housekeeping did a great job, always friendly and smiling, and our room was cleaned each morning without fail. Breakfast every day was delicious, with plenty of variety and a beautiful view to enjoy it with.
We are so happy we chose to stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Truly the best hospitality and service we’ve experienced — it made our honeymoon extra special.
