Price for room is too high considering there are next to no amenities, ie pool, ice machine, paved parking etc. Very poor lighting at night…if you arrive or leave at night you will definitely need a flashlight (motion sensored lights stay on for 3-5 seconds). Does not feel safe.

Our stay was great except that the window coverings (to the main/shared entrance of the property) did not provide much privacy… VERY clean and AC worked well but some dark shades would’ve been nice. At night, it felt like someone could look into our room without us noticing. Other than that, 10/10

Being Southern Florida there was no heat. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket available. The first couple of nights I could of used it. The apartment could use a suit case rack, there was no place to but your suit case but on the floor. The apartment was great other than that.

Decent enough for a few days!
Great on the inside, but scary looking on the outside. First impression on arrival was not great. Looks extremely run down and in a neighborhood that leaves a lot to be desired. Inside was clean and spacious but not much decoration and very sparse. Really needs curtains over the windows because I felt very uncomfortable at night wondering if someone could see in. Really needs a full length mirror as well. I finally figured out how to get the AC to cool after one very hot night. You have to point the remote directly at the unit instead of just adjusting it on the wall. I requested early check in and was charged the $29 fee to do so, but the door combination didn’t work upon arrival and I had to call to have it reset. Property manager did let me in and reset right away but it’s just the principal of having to pay extra then put more work into it. It is close to the beach and island as well as Walmart and a few stores.
