The room are run down poor looking. Need new janitors. Need new Fresh and better looking furniture, bedding and towels. Towels were dingy. Very thin walls you can hear every thing from room next door conversations, if they dropped something, no privacy at all! The check in was smooth. Room was not functional at all TV placed across the room was small 20” had to reach out and over for remote to work and some time it moved the Chanel and some times it didn’t. I would not stay here again! No iron no ironing board. Cheep toiletries. I’ve paid the same amount to stay here as I have at other motels with way better cleanliness and conditions of the room!

recently stayed at the villa motel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with fresh linens and all the essentials provided.

We come to Santa Maria often and try new hotels/motels in the area to see which offer the best value. We were pleasantly surprised with the room we received. Clean, neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping came daily, and the location was near so many things. There's even a nice Mexican restaurant right next to the motel. The only complaints we had was the limited parking during our stay and the water pressure for the shower. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the young man who handled our check-in, very professional and friendly.

I was a little leary about staying here because of all the bad reviews. I was suprised. The hotel was conviently located to what we were doing (by the fairplex). It was clean, saw no spider, insects etc. The beds were pretty comfy. The showers were roomy. The staff at the front counter were pleasant and very quick at check in. I would stay here again for the event i will be attending next year. There was ample parking.
