The good: Great location and view, and fairly new property
The bad: Only cleaned the room after we requested after we returned from dinner after 8 PM, both nights.
Breakfast was very poor, limited options that most were cold or unappealing, omelette and eggs were undercooked, coffee not available until I pointed it out that the pot was empty again.
Despite being fairly new, the lobby was being refurbished and ended up being very small and usually in chaos. Not enough staff working to handle the number of guests.
We got a small and lesser room than I reserved but was actually charged most.
They increased the price from what I was quoted and confirmed by Expedia. Overall, way overpriced for the service and experience
