Boa localizacao e estrutura do condominio. Apartamento bem equipado, ar condicionado não estava aquecendo. Único ponto ruim é que se quiser "estender a diária" queriam cobrar 2 taxas de limpeza. Ora, pense que ao reservar 10 dias eu já havia pago a taxa de limpeza, por isso se desejo estender a diária no mesmo apartamento por mais 1 dia não deveria ter que pagar por uma segunda taxa de limpeza sem sequer refletir a primeira. Traduzindo... 1 nova reserva ou 1 estencao da diaria sao tratados da mesma forma e nao possuem diferenca financeira, apenas garantir que gostaria de estar na mesma locacao.

O lugar é tranquilo, com vários mercados por perto, padarias, As instalações são de acordo com as fotos, funcionários atenciosos. O único problema, foi com relação ao check in de minha esposa, tentamos por 5 vezes no mínimo, porem não conseguimos fazer o reconhecimento facial. Mas depois de tanto reclamarmos, o problema foi resolvido. Tirando esse imprevisto, se precisar voltar à SP, eu tentarei reservar o apartamento novamente.

Gostei muito da hospedagem, pela acomodação, facilidades perto (padaria, mercado) estrutura do condomínio. Na primeira noite infelizmente tocou um alarme muito alto no meio da madrugada no corredor dos apartamentos, isso foi bem desagradável, conservei com o pessoal da recepção no dia seguinte e disseram que o sistema de segurança caiu do ar e por isso tocou o alarme de madrugada. Tirando esse inconveniente, a propriedade é excelente, tem segurança na rua 100% do tempo também.

Localização excelente. Apartamento bem decorado e equipado. Cama confortável. O banheiro não estava bem limpo. O quarto tinha um cheiro de cigarro. O controle da TV estava com pilhas sem funcionar. Num dia de madrugada por volta das 2 horas da manhã soou o alarme de incêndio e as informações que obtivemos foram desencontradas: manutenção do sistema, falta de energia, queda de energia enfim , nao conseguimos mais dormir com o susto.
