I wish it was Zero star option.as you know I booked it for a one night in Medina , so I can freshen up in the night and next morning continue my journey to next city .
1. Upon check in around 630 Pm I was given a room that was below any healthy standards.
2. No drinking water in the room
3. No towels
4. The worst part was no hot water running in the shower and even the water plumbing lines were choked as told by the plumber who tried to fix it for more than 3 hours while I’m in the room. I asked them around 11 pm to give me another room so I can atelast sleep for few hours to which they simply refused by saying we don’t have any room available . Because of my 20 hours travel I didn’t had energy to dispute and argue so I slept and woke up early and left. I would request hotels or Expedia who ever books to delist this hotel. If they don’t care about their customers you should not let your platform get bad reviews. I also expect you to refund the money and DONOT keep this hotel on your list.
