The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, and they were just a phone call away ready to help us work out a solution. They made everything as easy as it could be. The area and hotel felt safe for two female travelers. Check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms were small but tidy, clean, and comfortable.

Lots of emails received prior to check in with various bits of information, would've been a lot better (& saved a lot of time finding the email with the door code) if only one email sent with all information needed. Good: To my surprise, the room came with a small heater and a mini-fridge (plus what looked like a portable air conditioner, though I didn't use it)—amenities even some "proper" hotels don't always offer. The en-suite bathroom was also very clean. Bad: Unfortunately, the washing machines on the property were out of order during my entire stay. The room itself could use a minor refurbishment as the walls look a bit worn. Overall, I’d say it’s a pretty good deal.
