8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a teenager. Our room was located on the third floor facing the main street. It featured a minimalistic Scandinavian design, which we liked. However, it can get quite noisy when the windows are open; one night, we were woken up by drivers with modified cars playing extremely loud music. We recommend that future guests bring earplugs or ask for them at the front desk. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, though it remained the same every day. While this seems to be the norm for hotels in Sweden, we decided not to eat there after the first day once we realized the selection would not change. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Since we arrived early, they were kind enough to provide us with a room approximately two hours ahead of schedule."

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was conveniently located for us to walk from the train station and to all the sites we wanted to see. We ate breakfast there every day which was wonderful, and also had dinner one night. The portions were huge and the good was excellent. 3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find better rates for your stay in a Vaxholm hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and, at times, more competitive pricing. Should the price be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer a more favourable rate.
  4. Consider your location: Staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also look into independent hotels located further afield, which can provide a more authentic and usually more affordable experience.
