Nordic Light Hotel
"We enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a teenager. Our room was located on the third floor facing the main street. It featured a minimalistic Scandinavian design, which we liked. However, it can get quite noisy when the windows are open; one night, we were woken up by drivers with modified cars playing extremely loud music. We recommend that future guests bring earplugs or ask for them at the front desk. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, though it remained the same every day. While this seems to be the norm for hotels in Sweden, we decided not to eat there after the first day once we realized the selection would not change. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Since we arrived early, they were kind enough to provide us with a room approximately two hours ahead of schedule."
Clarion Hotel Arlanda Airport Terminal
"Boy this place is super well located. Literally walk like 100 steps and you're in the terminal. Bar was fantastic, check-in was great. Clara was awesome. Restaurant was superb. Staff all around were super nice. Nice room great shower!"
Hobo Stockholm
"Just fine."
At Six
"The location is great! The breakfast was huge and delicious. The staff were very helpful. Skip the bar, not great service or selection."
Downtown Camper by Scandic
"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was conveniently located for us to walk from the train station and to all the sites we wanted to see. We ate breakfast there every day which was wonderful, and also had dinner one night. The portions were huge and the good was excellent. We like the quirky nature of the hotel design and the sense of humor expressed throughout."
Haymarket by Scandic
"The most beautiful hotel I think I've ever stayed. Such a classy huge hotel, beautiful decor, two bars with beautiful decor and the bathroom in my room was stunning, with a huge tiled flamingo in the shower. It really was a highlight of my trip staying in this hotel, such a classy and funky vibe. Great location also. Huge spread at breakfast"
Scandic Malmen
"Breakfast was delicious"
Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm
"The hotel stay was nice, and near the bus station. Not a great location in terms of feeling safe outside though. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel."
Hotel C Stockholm
"A very nice place, but the room rate is too steep."

Enabling email alerts or push notifications will keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize opportunities to save. Additionally, the Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see the best options. You'll receive updates on availability and price drops for your preferred accommodations, making it easier to plan your getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find better rates for your stay in a Vaxholm hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and, at times, more competitive pricing. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer a more favourable rate.
- Consider your location: Staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also look into independent hotels located further afield, which can provide a more authentic and usually more affordable experience.
