La Maison Blanche

10/10 Excellent
"La Maison Blanche is a beautiful place to stay. We only had one night here but it would have been lovely to stay longer. Check in was really simple, we were given a code to enter and the same code for our room. We did arrive slightly earlier and the room wasn’t ready but after speaking to the team, they quickly organised us. It is walking distance to local amenities and bars/restaurants. Good for parking and easy to locate. We would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the food was beautifully cooked. Breakfast the first day was a bit of a disaster. The scrambled eggs were stone cold and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. Big improvement the second day although the toaster was still broken. All in all well worth a 4 star review."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Limoges

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Limoges is during February, November, and December, when hotel prices may drop. To fully appreciate the city's significant landmarks, cultural sites, and historical attractions, it's advisable to stay for at least 2 to 3 days. This budget-friendly duration allows you to explore notable sites such as the stunning Gothic cathedral, charming gardens, fascinating museums, and the historic university. With plenty of cultural gems and scenic natural parks to discover, a trip to Limoges offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for those on a budget.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore last-minute deals in Limoges on Hotels.com, consider visiting the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute DealsOpens in a new window sections, where you may discover discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. To maximise your savings, enable email alerts or push notifications for updates on flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, the Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you find the best options. With these features, you're more likely to be informed about any price drops or available rooms, making it easier to secure a last-minute getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your dates may help you find better value for your stay in a hotel in Limoges. If you're in search of a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and can sometimes offer better value. When you make a booking through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that may help you find a more affordable option.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre generally tend to be pricier, but thanks to Limoges's superb public transport links, you may discover more affordable independent hotels a bit further out that remain well connected. For those eager to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
