A smooth checkin and pleasant room. We only had one night so it was a short stay, but budget friendly and a comfortable sleep. Convenient for the airport and train station, a 25 minute bus to the main attractions.

Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night.

4 Jul 2026We didn't realize when we booked that this was an Air B & B. No matter, it was clean and very spacious. The room was great, and it was so well air conditioned — which really mattered during the heat wave! This was my first time to spend the night in Pisa, and I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood where the room was located. For an American it could give a vibe of being in a less than safe part of town — but that vibe would be wrong! We walked around a lot and the area is very safe, and very central. There is a little cafe on the corner that was great. The owner of the room was very helpful, and we loved the shared kitchen / dining area with plenty of space in the fridge to keep our drinks cold.

25 Sept 2025Nice room. Good bed in a very old appartement bloc. Refurbishment is very well done. Just one thing the acoustic decouplement of the floors and waterpiping has not been thought off (or not been possible?)
Pierre.

22 Jun 2026If you are needing accommodation near to Pisa Airport or Train Station this hotel is in a fantastic location within a short walk to either. It was great for a short stop over after arriving at the airport and Federico was on hand to manage a simple check in. I would certainly stay again in the future if flying to or from Pisa.

24 Feb 2026Federico, the host absolute best I’ve had. Room was big and clean (room number 2), distance from airport walkable even with luggage and 20 mins from city center. If you want to have nice time and have good place to visit Pisa and other cities (3 min from train station) you can’t find a better place with better host.
