We chose this hotel because we’re already familiar with the area, and the location suited us perfectly. It’s surrounded by good services and a variety of restaurants, which was convenient.
It has been recently renovated, with a nice blue theme, The studio apartment was fantastic. It has a high ceiling and feels very spacious, with lovely décor and plenty of natural light. The room was well lit, and the shower and bathroom were spotless with good ventilation.
The living room was very spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains covering the large, long windows ensured a great night’s sleep. We stayed in a non-smoking room, which was clean and fresh throughout our visit.
We also appreciated the small kitchenette area just outside the room, which included a mini fridge, full cutlery, and a table stove, perfect for light meals and snacks.
The housekeeping staff were nice, though a bit stingy with the towels. The room was kept spotless.
There were minor maintenance issues that were addressed and fixed immediately.
There was always someone greeting us at the reception area.
The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10–15 minute drive from the Haramain train station and the old Jeddah “Balad” historic site, making it easy to explore the areas.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.
