The area is really good near train and bus station. I stayed during extreme heatwave and property only offers a fan, no AC. And luggage storage after checking out they charge a fee. Before check-in luggage storage is free. Also lacks plugs to charge devices.

I’ll start by saying that the linens and towels were clean. The rooms are really cramped, so if you have a lot of luggage, this is not the place for you. The mattresses were poorly made, we could feel every spring. The bathroom was tiny and held heat like a sauna. It was it was so small that the shower door could not open completely so you had to squeeze through the glass door and the shower frame. Upon check-in and various times that we did run into the front desk staff they were not very friendly at all. I’ll close with, you get what you pay for.

The location is one of the biggest advantages because it’s quiet, safe and still very convenient for central london which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stands out is the price for the area. We loved the area of the hotel, and we liked leaning out of our open window to take in the sights & sounds. Close to Victoria train station, steps from Eccleston Yards, lots of stores & cafés nearby but still relatively quiet. We had enough beds for 4 adults and a private bathroom but it was hardly big enough to stand in. The shower didn't drain properly and the staff said they would call someone to come look but nothing was fixed in the few days we were there. The hotel is a bit run down and the room was very hot but there was a fan. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived before check-in, which we greatly appreciated.

Great location But Poor quality hotel. Ceiling Light didn’t work, Microwave smokes, mold in bathroom, shower drains very slow, VERY SMALL space, bathroom very small, only cold water, internet very spotty, Beds were horrible, pay a little more, for better quality!
