We had a great time staying at Akademis Fit Split! The hotel was incredibly spotless, I cannot fault the cleanliness of this hotel, everything was maintained so well Only things I would have changed - a lounge space for guests to relax and sit around a bar, with sofas and chairs, to make it feel cosier. The mattresses are too firm, neither of us were very comfortable sleeping. The cleanliness and safety of the hotel did override this in our final impression.

Clean, modern, rather impersonal hotel where the outside and common areas look and feel more like a gym chain than a hotel, but has comfortable rooms with a reasonable level of in-room amenities. Nice view of the nearby bay and marina, and comfortable walking distance to north Marjan beaches. Location feels quite remote and walking to the Riva/old town takes 20-25 minutes (not 10 minutes as some online resources suggest); however buses run to the city center every 15 minutes. This is part of a hotel school, so while everything about the room and breakfast etc. was good, the staff can be a bit inexperienced and confused. If you are fine with the remote location or get the rooms at a discount then this is a perfectly fine place to stay, just not cozy or anything special.

Fantastic location, beautiful woodland walk along the coast and also €5 Uber to split centre. Very peaceful at night and just a great location. Special mention to Ana , I could have listened to her all day about the history of Croatia and places to visit , Croatian people are very friendly but Ana was amazing ! I also love that this hotel is often staffed by students , giving them an opportunity to learn about working life , this is a great thing in my opinion. I’m already planning to return next year and I will be booking here again . Paul Collett

Great hotel. It’s a short cab ride from the old town. The area around the hotel is a huge harbor and university. It’s a nice walking town. The football stadium is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Réservation d'une chambre vue mer pour 3 nuits, mais parce que l'hôtel était sois disant plein nous avons eu une chambre vue plateau de sport. Pas de restaurant sur place bien que précisé sur le site juste le petit déjeuner. Sinon la chambre était spacieuse, la literie confortable. Mais la non conformité de la description des prestations nous a un peu contrarié.

Mysigt nytt och fräscht hotell med fantastisk serviceminded personal både städ, i receptionen och Basco ( tror jag han heter) i restaurangen var exceptionellt proffesionell och glad. Vi hade ett stort fint rum med balkong.Tyvärr lite problem med ac:n men personalen gjort sitt bästa för att åtgärda problemet så fort som möjligt. Helt ok frukost. 5 min promenad till liten strand och 20 min promenad till Gamla stan. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka
