Such a great hotel - super convenient location, very clean, tidy and lovely spacious rooms considering its city location. We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Close to Central Station, Chinatown and multiple tram stops, so easy to get around. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. The cafe is disappointing, but otherwise it's a good, convenient place to stay.

Very easy access to train lines, room was nice and clean and we were able to check in early. Staff was fairly hands off but overall a pleasant easy stay. The bathrooms do lack a bit of privacy to keep in mind with who you are travelling with.
