New hotel so top marks for cleanliness. The rooms are well thought out for the space allocated with adequate amenities such as slippers, ironing board, safe toiletries and sewing kit (no bathrobes).
The fire alarm does get tripped ALOT, not sure if it's because it's a new building. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our 4 night stay

check in amazing - like meeting great friends. Stephanie was amazing. New hotel very quaint tastelful creative. beaut location. a billing error but put down to settling in new systems - and hope all sorted. will be back

Best hotel experience ever!
Spent 4 nights there and had a great experience. I was a bit worried as there weren't many reviews but it turns out it is a brand new hotel. Room were clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't mention, but they have a great gym with exercise equipment and free weights. They also have a coffee shop and a restaurant onsite, where they serve simple food. I had a cheeseburger and it was delicious. The hotel is located next to China town with a lot of good restaurants and World Square and other shopping. It's also next to tram lines. Great neighborhood. Overall, I had a great stay! Thanks! I will be back!

This hotel is brand new, and while the staff are still finding their rhythm, they were friendly and eager to help. The bar staff in particular were excellent, warm, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable.
The room was compact but well-designed: stylish, impeccably clean, and functional. However, the bed was extremely firm with no cushioning, which made it quite uncomfortable. The feather pillows didn’t help either, offering little support and adding to a restless night.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was a loud beep that occurred roughly every 20 minutes throughout the night. It sounded like someone was trying to access the room, which was unsettling and made it difficult to relax.
While the hotel itself is modern and beautifully maintained, the combination of poor sleep quality and the disruptive noise means I’d hesitate to return. A lovely space, but sadly, a terrible night’s sleep.
