Convenient locaion
Quick checkin and good room. Nothing fantastic but nothing really to complain about. We stayed in roundhouse which has no balcony but does have easy access to common patio Los of dining choices within walking distance and a short pleasant drive to Marine Parade and downtown.

Last minute booking and what a find. Room had been recently refurbished and a fabulous view of Napier Harbour. Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge and microwave in room. Room was small but there was a small balcony to sit out on. Small guest laudry room to use free of charge. Good powerful shower.

The refurbishments that have been undertaken make for a pleasant environment to stay in. The team were friendly and location spot on. We had three bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a family of 5-6 people. Will definitely be back. It presented good value for money at just over $310 a night.

We have just spent 3 nights over Christmas with our family. Our room had a strong odour of urine. We informed the owner and he was rude, told us to open the windows and doors. With them open it was noisy. Fish factory next door had an alarm going for the whole time we were there. And the noise from the bar attached to the hotel was loud. But the noise was better than the horrific smell of urine with the room shut up. I would not advise anyone to stay here.
