The Northshore Hotel - Boston/Danvers
"Exceptional"
DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown
"The room was clean and neat, the service was top-rate, all staff members were pleasant, polite and accommodating! All in all, an enjoyable experience!"
Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica/Bedford
"It was pretty clean. We struggled with the AC not being able to turn it off, but everything else was okay."
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston - Peabody by IHG
"The staff was excellent and the room was comfortable."
Comfort Inn Manchester Airport
"Met my needs. Breakfast was ok but cold eggs needed the microwave. Otherwise a basic hotel."
Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover
"Great stay"
Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center
"Clean, but not the best maintained. Overrun with weeds outside. So many weeds! One elevator was out of service. Hallway floor feels like it’s about to fall in near the other elevator. Towel rod barely attached to the wall. Duct tape on the hallway carpet seam. I guess the hot tub stopped working because it was scratched out on the list of amenities on one sign I saw. And so forth… Unwelcoming employees. That was the biggest issue. Maintenance costs money, but it literally costs nothing to smile and say a kind word to a guest. Not a bad hotel, but certainly not a great hotel."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
"Clean, comfortable. Nice staff"
Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston
"Price-wise, it was a good option. The location is very convenient too, since it’s very close to a mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The one thing I would suggest is replacing the carpets in the rooms, but overall, it was a good experience."
