Pretty sure this building was previously a jail, if not they do a really good job of making the rooms feel like a prison cell. Do not stay here with children, if you are a woman, or a small man.

Room was dirty and uncomfortable. Impossible to regulate temperature. Service desk was unmanned most of the time and the pool was stagnant with green water. All carpeting was lumpy, uneven, and unsafe. Couldn’t wait for my apartment to become available to move in.

This place was so grungy and dirty that we were didn't even stay 1 or the 3 nights booked. We paid the first night stay and went to another hotel local to moose jaw, didn't even try to argue for any money back. Won't be returning to this establishment ever.

The hot tub and sauna were out of order and main pool was cold. The area the pool was in was pretty cold. Parts of the hotel were very run down and not closed off. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear every footstep and word that was said above us. Hard to sleep at night. The was was also cold and then it was way to hot. I know Covid effected this hotel so I wouldn’t right it off but it needs some life and tlc put into it.
