Clear communication although there's no staff in the property. East Harlem is a great neighborhood but obviously do your research and decide if it's your kind of place. Small but clean room, perfect for a solo traveler.

The building was a bit warn down, I didn’t mind that though, since the room and bathroom were both clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. The room was small and cozy, the bed was comfortable and I absolutely loved the view of the city. The one thing I really missed was a kettle in the kitchen so that I could have made instant coffee and tea rather than having to go out to buy it every time. And a mini-fridge would be a wonderful addition to keep a few food items fresh and beverages cold in the heat. That would make a great difference when traveling on a budget. Location worked fine for me NYC is very walkable and there’s a subway very close by as well.

Stay was pretty good. Room is pretty small, however it has all you need. The bathroom situation was alright, however not all 4 rooms on our floor were occupied. The area was fine, not the best not the worst. Getting back at 22 felt safe enough as there's plenty of people around. At first we didn't receive the door code and it took a couple days to get a response. Though it was probably a one time thing, as our other requests got answered reasonably fast. Still not great.

Como brasileiro, sinto que essa avaliação pode ajudar outros viajantes. Contexto: viagem de amigos, grana curta, foco em andar muito pela cidade e usar a hospedagem basicamente para dormir e descansar. Não existem funcionários no local. Cerca de 10 dias antes, recebemos mensagens solicitando os dados dos hóspedes e, depois, senhas e vídeos explicando como acessar todas as portas. Dá medo de a senha parar de funcionar? Sim. Mas funcionou perfeitamente até o fim da viagem. A localização me surpreendeu positivamente. Claro que Midtown facilita muito, mas o metrô era bem próximo e levávamos cerca de 20–25 minutos para chegar lá. East Harlem é um bairro estranho, mas foi tranquilo caminhar. Há comércio, cafeterias e movimento nas avenidas principais; inclusive saímos do metrô depois da meia-noite sem problemas. O quarto é pequeno e meio desajeitado, mas acomoda bem duas pessoas com malas de mão. O banheiro compartilhado também surpreendeu: são individuais e estavam quase sempre limpos. Eu não amei e também não odiei. Poderia ser melhor e mais bem localizado? Com certeza. Tínhamos dinheiro para pagar algo melhor? Não. Pelo preço, compensou. Nós já saímos do Brasil sabendo exatamente o que estávamos pagando: localização mais afastada em troca de economia. E, para nós, a conta fechou. Não dá para esperar milagre nesse preço. Recomendo para quem está acostumado com grandes metrópoles e tem facilidade com metrô. Se a diferença de preço para Midtown for pequena, fique em Midtown.

Me tome un par de veces con el personal y muy amables, ademas las habitacoines impecables y quizas mi unica incomodidad fueron las almohadas. Deberian de cambiarlas por unas mas comodas.
