Brilliant location although we walked past it the first time. It's opposite the Christmas shop. It's a little dated but clean enough for what we needed. And perfect location. Great restaurants only a few minutes in any directions.Communication was good.

The property is in very convenient place, next to the palace, plenty of restaurants and shopping as you open door. Riva waterfront is 5 min walk. Having cooking facility enabled us prepare light lunch and/or breakfast on some days to take break from restaurants ( we are on a six week trip). Property coordinator was proactive in asking us what time we will reach. He helped us to take our luggage through the steps. Thank you. All in all central location, close to everything and good value.
