"The property is well maintained, clean and centrally located, with friendly staff. It is directly across the road from the water and they have a private area with loungers and umbrellas. Outside the backdoor the tram can easily and cheaply take you very close to old Nice. If you gamble, there are two casinos within a 30 to 40 minute walk. AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern."
