We had a wonderful stay at ME! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Everything made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Welcomed on arrival with a glass of sparkling wine, this well-placed hotel is clean, modern, has a choice of excellent restaurants on site and some great views from the roof top bar. While all these are amazing, the staff really make this hotel….friendly, polite and professional. Whatever their role, they really do this hotel proud. Thank you for an excellent stay in London. We will return!

We had a fantastic over night stay to celebrate my friends big birthday in London. Comfortable room, attentive amazing staff and we also ate in the STK restaurant next door which was amazing. The room was spotless with sample products to try which can be purchased at reception. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner all suppled. Face clothes, large fluffy towels and robes. Amazing location, very central.

6/10 Good

Staff were friendly & balcony was nice. Overall hotel room felt tired, light switch next to bed didn’t work, rain shower was in poor state, mould around the air conditioning vent, the worse part was whilst trying to sleep there was constant noise from furniture being moved around on the rooftop. Quite disappointing from a hotel I have visited a number of times.
