Probably the most beautiful breakfast room I have ever seen and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My included Breakfast even served whole portobello mushrooms and I enjoyed a pot of hot tea and a latte that you custom order. Beautiful room designed comfortably with chaise lounge and safe in the room. Tube station right outside the hotel left everyday but did not go there on the weekdays which was odd, only weekends so try to arrive on a Sunday for easier transportation. Allows us four hours early checkin which was really appreciated as that is when our flight arrived. Very close to Olympia convention centre so walked to conference everyday

I had a fantastic experience at the new Hyatt Regency in London Olympia. Each staff member I encountered went the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The room sizes are pretty reasonable especially for London. They felt clean, modern, and safe to walk around without fear or stepping on endless dirt. The area is pretty quiet and can get to everything usually in 15-45 minutes via uber or train. Not too close to all the tourist attractions, yet not too far. Nice if you don’t want to be directly in the madness of it all. Would definitely recommend for someone who likes a modern hotel stay.

This hotel was beautiful! All features in the bedroom were so throughout and useful. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out with anything. The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. I didn’t realise until talking to a member of staff that the hotel had been open for less than a week but that didn’t show at all.

Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks cost £30 pound, with the extra £15 being a service charge (tip) that the bartender saw fit to add on to bill themselves, without our knowledge or consent. I wouldn't mind 10% or so, but to add a 50% tip is honestly just ridiculous and a complete betrayal of trust. If we hadn't asked for a specific receipt we would never have known. Now, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in looking into this and issuing a refund, but then whilst we were sat waiting to leave the hotel, another charge hit my card, being someone else's bill charged to our room number. Again, resolved quickly but just left quite a sour taste and tarnished our experience. Whilst all I could ask for was a refund, I do feel slightly bothered that there was no effort from management to apologize given a member of staff essentially stole from us. At the very least I would've hoped to have the drinks compe'd, or perhaps offer us a drink while we waited for our flight. Perhaps I am naive in thinking that.

Vi dro for å se på padel på Olympia, hotellet var rett ved siden av, og toget/banen var også like nærme, så beliggenhet var perfekt. Koselig hotel, med gode drinker i baren. Ikke altfor langt unna er det også en food hall som er verdt å besøke.
