It was my first time staying around 75th St. It is a great area, great beach, great restaurants. As for the property, the front door to the building and entry way could use some work to be more inviting and secure, but once you are in it is great as everything is brand new and great. (This is the beginning of April 2026.) While there is parking as mentioned in other reviews all the signs say 4 hours max. While I never got a ticket, it was always on my mind. (Probably a me issue.)
