Check in was great, the staff were so helpful. You can check in remotely (from your phone) or with the front of house staff. For check out, you can use the self check out machines, or with the staff. The rooms are immaculate, and have everything you could want. The beds are super comfy, the location is perfect for the O2 (or elsewhere in Canary Wharf/North Greenwich). My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer! If you're on the fence about booking this hotel... book it. You won't be disappointed.

good place, very central placed at Canary Wharf, and everything is available. But we requested 2 single bed, got one 1 and 1/2 half bed and a sofa. Shower door could be tinted, as well.
