Great location IF you go to the left as you exit the front door. Little sketchy the opposite way but doable. Walkable to Canada Place area & ferries. Would have liked the option to cool off the room - 19 was the lowest setting and a tad bit warm. Communication was top notch and self checkin very smooth. Would highly recommend!

Loved the location! The hotel is in the heart of Gastown and within walking distance of many of Vancouver’s top tourist attractions, as well as great restaurants and cafés. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the digital key system made everything very convenient. The amenities were modern, complete, and well-maintained. I especially loved the interior—it perfectly blends modern design with the building’s historic charm. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The opportunity to stay in Gas-town was amazing and the location of the property was really nice... the communication between Hotels.com and the reservation team was difficult. However, I recieved a late checkout, and a very new, clean, and real loft with a great feel. I recommend to all visiting Gastown Vancouver, BC because you dont have to deal with a large hotel reception which was nice! Blessings, JMM

Clean room - responsive staff available on phone. Parking was convenient. The shower handle did break off and we couldn’t get the pull out bed to go back in. But outside of those minor things, the stay was great!
