Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back

4 étoiles ??? Pas certaine…. Piscine qui ferme de bonne heure environ 20h et qui ouvre tard le matin vers 9h45, les chaises payantes sur la plage avec beaucoup de rocher dans l’eau donc soulier d’eau recommandé. Chambre sur vue des tuyaux, faux gazon synthétique à des endroits et installer de façon complètement pas esthétique ( ça l’air fou!), ouverture tard le matin du bar à la piscine, les repas étaient correcte mais le jus ne goûtait rien les premiers jours très très dilué. À la réception, bonne accueil et souriante. Bref, ce n’est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles!

Food is what I liked the most. They have fresh ingredients, various recipes everyday, if you like Greek food this hotel is a good choice, and you'll also find international dishes. Cleanliness, service and entertainment must be improved. Bed sheets were changed every four days, bath towels every two days, sometimes after three days. I had to ask several times at the reception if I could get hand soap for my room and in the end the dispenser was filled with water. We stayed there 17 days and in our room there was a lot of dust because it has never been cleaned properly. Entertainment is poor, activities are the same everyday. Employees are very kind and helpful but many parts of the hotel are old and many things should be improved. The overall experience was ok but this is not what I expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Für den Preis sollte die Unterkunft mehr bieten. Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat leider gewittert und das Wasser ist ins Zimmer über die Terrassentür geflossen! Das Zimmer war sauber und bot, was man braucht: Bett, Bad und Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffee und Tee. Auf der Terrasse waren 2 Stühle mit Tisch und direkter Zugang zu einem separaten Pool, der gleich neben dem Hauptpool war. Eigene Liegen wären an der Stelle schön gewesen. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Viel Auswahl aber eher schlechterer Qualität. Günstig vor gut lautet die Devise! Am Strand hätten wir für eine Liege 5€ zahlen müssen, was eine Frechheit ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass mit einem privaten Strand geworben wird! All inclusive ja, aber: Nur Getränke in Bechern, Wasserflaschen kosten extra und zwar mehr als im gegenüber gelegenen Shop. WLAN nur in der Lobby und allgemein schlechtes Netz. Ohne mobile Daten geht hier nichts! Wir hatten dennoch entspannte Tage. Ohne Mietwagen und Ausflüge wäre der Aufenthalt halb so schön gewesen. Für uns ok mit ein paar Abstrichen

Anlage schön gestaltet, Zimmer war zweckmäßig, moderner Stand. Service war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt entspannte Atmosphäre. Lage außerhalb des Ortes Mahlia, etwas im Nirgendwo, gut, wenn man nicht mittendrin sein möchte. Direkt gegenüber sowie ca 30 m rechts Minimärkte mit allem, was man zusätzlich so brauchen könnte.

Zimmer (Superior mit private shared Pool) waren neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer war schön und ruhig. Die Zimmer waren leider lärm-durchlässig. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Frühstückszeiten könnten verlängert werden. Speiseauswahl im Grunde ok. Würden wieder kommen.
