The Manageress of the Pub is just brilliant, checked us in quickly, then booked us a table to eat on a busy Friday night. Food is just amazing, people travel just to eat here.
The Family room we had no. 4 is tired looking especially the bathroom which is something out the 70s, it's also damp & stinks the room out if the windows are shut. Did wonder why windows were wide open when we arrived 🤔.
This let's down the rest of the stay, as its expensive to stay with a damp room & no breakfast provided.
I would stay again but would ask for a more modern room with a decent bathroom, and no damp.
Also the church which is less than 50 yds away rings its bells throughout the night which is very annoying & keeps you awake.
