Comfortable, spacious room. Courteous staff, particularly Anne at the front desk. Breakfast has a good spread but mediocre in terms of quality (noodles lady is a little rude). Subway station is about 10 min walk, unsheltered for most parts. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of choices for dining. Hotel wifi can access google. TV has a variety of channels. Overall a pleasant stay.

Truely exceptional hotel - decor, rooms, food, and particularly service all second to none. Pool area extremely well kept and clean, with very good changing facilities and spa circuit. Room was extremely clean and spacious with every possible small touch noted. In central Shenzhen but in a calm quieter area with quick and cheap transport options into central Futian. I think, one of my favourite ever hotel stays and I look forward to some day returning.
