Boa estadia
Boa estadia, apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo. Os quartos não passam por reforma já faz um tempo, o que fiquei em específico tinha manchas no chão do banheiro, o batente da porta estava solto, as cortinas das janelas eram pequenos e as frestas da porta iluminavam o quarto em demasia durante a noite. O café estava ok. O bom do hotel é a localização.

Preço muito alto da diária para o serviço oferecido. Quarto "luxo" com instalações bem antigas e ar condicionado barulhento. O ponto positivo é a piscina que tem uma vista linda. Serviço de recepção de hotel sem preparo, desmorivados.

O atendimento do check-in foi extremamente demorado, e o funcionário nada simpático, não nos explicou nada sobre o hotel (onde era o café, espaço kids e etc). Café sem reposição, fomos tomar o café próximo às 9h (sendo que o término é as 10h) e já faltavam alguns itens que não foram repostos. O espaço kids é incrível, as monitoras super simpáticas e atenciosas, para quem vai com crianças é uma ótima opção.

No geral boa, mas o hotel deveria oferecer omelete e panqueca no cade da manha. O pao frances nao é bom, sempre murcho. Parecia dormido.
