Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The restaurant was impeccable. The choices of snacks extremely creative & tastey! The breakfast coffee amazing. Service was exceptional and beyond our expectations- from greeting the receptionist after walking in the door to the night time room tuck down service.
In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room also was beyond expectations.

Hotel is tucked away to the side of Reubens Hotel. My guess is that this is (in essence) an annexe of the Reubens, probably sharing the kitchen and some staff. The entrance lobby is very small and not particularly glamourous and all the rooms are accessed by a compact lift that transports the guests to the fifth floor. One of the problems with this hotel is that there's only one lift and we had to (quite frequently) wait in a queue. Another problem we had was the fact that our room was above the kitchens and we woke up each morning to the smell of frying. I suspect the hotel needs to address this - possibly an extraction problem. Other than that, it was a good stay. It's a nice hotel with excellent service. But it's not the glamourous 5 star London aesthetic experience some might expect.

Couple blocks from Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and the underground Tube. There are some small restaurants and shopping London collectibles in the area….etc.
I would recommend this hotel property for their excellent service from staff, housekeeping, cleanliness and amenities bar none.
