This is a terrific hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location in the park is a big plus and the food is excellent. We will try and stay at the hotel Las Torres again in the future.

Excellent location for hiking to Base Towers, excursion options and guided Tours. Average room amenities and small room size. Poor restaurant services and needs proper trainings although bar service is good.

Great service and wonderful scenery
We had a great time on our stay. From our first stop at the checkin desk when Gabriel brought us welcome juice to all of the help he provided from the guest services desk - very knowledgeable. That first day we had dinner and Martin was our main server - equally amazing service. We needed that cheerful smile after our long day of travel to the site. Martin continued to be a highlight of our meals and Gabriel was always there to help. We really enjoyed the horseback riding too. As far as nature, it goes without saying. You can't beat the landscape. We drop to Lago Grey. Glad we didn't choose that as the hotel. :)

Probably one of the best boutique hotels in South America. Winery based hotel in an old mansion with an incredible park and grounds. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. If we ever come to Chilie again it will be because of this hotel.

I am glad I stayed here. Food was excellent, easy to trail access. It was a trek carrying luggage back to the welcome center to catch a small bus out and had to pay even though I stayed there. Room was quiet and staff was helpful. Chef for breakfast was a total joy. Very clean, but I got the impression that some of the room needed updates or maybe that was in progress (no wall decor, tv missing - not that I care about either).

Beautiful property! If you plan on doing the Base Las Torres hike, this is a perfect base. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal — especially in comparison to breakfasts we had at other hotels in the area.

Amazing vacation
We loved our stay. The location is excellent. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Their food is pretty food and the drinks excellent. Amazing scenery. It was very functional in a place that is remote and difficult to reach, but we were comfortable and happy. If you are going to that part of the world and expect every amenity, then you are probably traveling to the wrong destination. We were visiting here on our way back from Antarctica and had an amazing adventure.

6/10 Good

Great location, poor rooms.
We stayed here for one night in order to walk the trail to las Torres. Location wise, the hotel is perfect - and the restaurant and bar were both great. However, we were really disappointed with the room, especially given the price paid. Small, with thin walls so we could hear everything from next door, including our neighbours getting up at 5am.

Room is small and can be hot in the summer night. Service depends on who you ask for. Some people are very nice and willing to help. Some people Are not helpful just use excuses to turn you away.

Awesome place - beautiful natural surrounding, convenient for hiking and super staff. Just quite expensive, but better than driving in-out of park each day

Perfect location esp for doing the hike
Great location and service. This hotel is a must stay if one plans to do the Torres Paine base hike as the hike starts from there. Agreed, the condition could be improved but we were for the hike, and the location was excellent and the food, service was not bad considering it’s in the middle of a national park. Would totally recommend
