Outdated, low quality very limited food and very far from beach, the shuttle takes 15-20 minutes to beach on a bumpy road

Actually qe made the booking by mistake. It is in an industrial area. The beach is 15 minutes by car. We were the only guests who don't work in the surrounding factories. The service was dedicated to us in the lobby, restaurant, theme park....etc
N.B. The check in on Hotels.com is 2:00 am Midnight. We called and they said we will be charged extra-night if we did and the real check in is 3:00 pm.

Upon arrival i told the front desk manager that i was going to need transportation to the port.he could not guarantee it.he spoke very little english.i had to arrange for transport myself. He later said that i was being picked up by somebody at a certain time when i already made arrangements with another company

Rooms are good. Staff is very friendly. Beach is good however it's far from hotel 20 min by car. Food is terrible, very bad taste & variety. Aqua Park is good, however, it's freezing no heaters & main pool is very cold no heaters.

There are many activities for the kids and families to enjoy throughout the day; water park, amusement park with many rides, and an animation team. The food is very good. The staff is friendly and polite. The design of the family rooms is unique. The furniture needs upgrading though. Overall, we had so much fun.

A Disappointing Stay
Being located in the industrial (probably the most polluted) area of Sokhna made us quite disappointed once we arrived specially when we found that the beach is 12 kilometers away. The beach was the most trashed beach I saw in the five continents I’ve been to that it took us a whole hour cleaning it and lifting -I would say- 30 kg of trash. The real challenge was to keep my toddler safe from what would have remained of the broken glass, the rusty metal pieces and the sardine cans.
The food was acceptable, the aqua park was fun for everyone and the hotel and the staff were nice generally but the room level of cleanness was fair probably because the hotel was fully booked so they gave us a room that I suspected to belong to the staff since it had a metal key which made it inconvenient carrying it around instead of a plastic card and made me worried about my security when I lost it for half a day by the pool since it had the room number written on it (with a marker on the dirty scotch tape attached to the key).
They promised to contact me regarding the beach problem on the same day which did not happen.

مررررررررررة فندق مو حلو وكانت الغرفة وسخة يالطيف عليها من رحلة البانيو من اوسخ ماشفت والجدار حق الحمام كلو مطرطش وساخة او نجاسة الله يكرمكم السرير كشفناه لقينا شعر المهم تقييمنا له نجمتين ماينفع الخليج ابداااااا محنا متعودين على كدة والبوفيه الله يكرم النعمة اقسم بالله في كورنر المكرونة الصحون مي مغسلة بعد الاستخدام فقط مشطوفة بالماء
